WHY M²
M² began with Marcelle × Maria = two people whose careers developed in very different professional worlds. Marcelle built his career around organisations: strategy, operations, people, leadership and transformation. Maria built hers around education: teaching, student wellbeing, career guidance, pathways and helping young people navigate what comes next.
Different disciplines with a surprisingly similar purpose.
Both careers have centred on helping people understand where they are, recognise what may be possible and make better-informed decisions about what happens next.
